COVID - 19 Business Operations.
At this time I am not currently offering facials or working on and around the face for massages, all other services including afternoon tea and hot tub have been resumed as normal.
IMPORTANT - Please ensure you fully read all booking terms and conditions BEFORE scheduling your appointment.
Clients must be in general good health to receive treatment, if there are any medical conditions or any doubts as to whether our venue is suitable for you then please do get in touch before booking to see how we can help you come visit us.
The minimum age for guests is 14 years and young adults under 18 years Must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
Booking your appointment.
Upon booking your appointment you will be asked to enter a payment method to secure your booking. Your card will NOT be charged at this point. The total cost for your appointment can be paid on arrival either by cash, bank transfer or card payment.
Gift vouchers are to be redeemed directly online when booking by entering your voucher code.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at the earliest opportunity.
Your treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you and while I understand emergencies sometimes happen, short notice cancellations have a significant impact on small businesses. I will always try to fill your appointment, however there may be times when this is not possible.
The following period (s) of notice are required as a minimum for cancellations and reschedules. Charges will apply in the event the required notice is not given. The payment card used to make your booking will be used to collect payment. You are required to agree and consent to these terms when booking your appointment through our online booking form.
*Please note that the lead booking name is responsible for the total party cost in the event of cancellation, therefore it is strongly advised that you collect full payment from the rest of your party in advance.
Less than 48 hours notice given (50% of the total treatment cost will be charged).
Less than 24 hours notice given - The total cost of the appointment will be payable in full (100%)
Spa day packages and all other treatment packages:
Less than 7 days notice given - 50 % of the total party cost will be payable
Less than 72 hours notice given - The total cost of the party booking will be payable in full (100%)
Should I be able to fill your appointment then the above cancellation charges will not apply.
Temporary Covid-19 conditions to the cancellation policy:
In the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend your appointment because you have either tested positive for Covid-19 or have been informed you must self-isolate by track & trace, then cancellation charges will not apply. I ask that you let me know as soon as possible if this should happen. If you do not inform me and do not turn up then the full cost of the appointment/booking will become payable by you.
If you have a group spa day package booking, then it is expected that the unaffected members of your party will still attend for the appointment. Should they choose not or wish to reschedule to, then the cancellation policy and charges outlined above will apply to individual members on a 'price per person' basis.
Conditions for use of the hot tub:
Please ensure ALL your party are aware of the following-
Please note that we take our hygiene, safety and cleanliness very seriously at Vintage Garden Spa and we are strict regarding our hot tub terms and conditions. These are highlighted upon booking your appointment.
Due to oils, creams and colourants contaminating our hot tub filters we are unable to allow self tan users to use the hot tub. If you have previously used self tan then you MUST be at least 4 weeks self tan free before visiting.
For the same reason we also do not allow anyone arriving in make up, body lotions or sun creams etc to use the hot tub facility and request that all guests please arrive freshly showered and without wearing any of these products.
I regret breast feeding mother's are also unable to use the hot tub for health and hygiene reasons.
